Each player is encouraged to play through the week with their summer or school program in addition to playing with 417 Baseball. 417 Baseball will provide the best possible coaching and training during the season. It will not be now or ever be a “roll out the balls” program. In a typical 3 day/4-5 game weekend, each player should expect a regiment with one or two days of doubleheaders and one day of a single game.
In addition to this, practice sessions will occur each weekend, usually at early arrival times before games.

This coaching and training regiment will be in conjunction to the training from the High School coach. There is always differences in terminology, but, there will not be a “that is wrong” approach to differences in training. Each baseball player should benefit from different thoughts towards skill training and finding what works for him.
